NCDOT Ongoing General Engineering Services Contract (GESC) Tasks: Hydraulics, Alternative Delivery-Divisions 1,2,4,10, and 11

KCA has worked as a GESC in Divisions 1, 4, and 11 over the past three years and was more recently selected to work as a GESC in Divisions 2 and 10. In this time, KCA has assisted in developing scopes of work, fee estimates, cost estimates, project management, plans review, and design services for tasks ranging from resurfacing and traffic control to future interstate planning work. We are actively assisting NCDOT in performing D/B roadway plan reviews in a subconsultant role and have had employees embedded in the Hydraulics Unit. Our team’s technical capabilities and ability to adapt provides our clients a high value and level of service that hallmarks our success on these varied contracts.
