KCA provided CEI services for this contract for the widening of Turkey Creek Road in Plant City. These improvements included the addition of a center turn lane, the realignment and signalization of Airport Road, and the installation for both water and sanitary sewer facilities. The work consisted of widening, milling, and resurfacing, muck removal and surcharging, construction of retention ponds with liners, mast arm signals and other miscellaneous items.
