Systemwide Bridge Inspection Services

KCA provided bridge inspection and load rating analysis services for approximately 335 structures located throughout all Central Florida Expressway toll roads within Orange County Florida, from 2015 through 2019. Our services included routine and initial topside and underwater field inspections, development of in-depth bridge maintenance and safety inspection reports, and load rating. KCA provided services on both simple span and complex structures, with structure types including continuous span concrete and steel bridges, steel curved girders, steel box girders, concrete box girders and concrete box culverts. When performing initial inspections, KCA provided detailed “punchlist” reports to assist the owning agency in receiving a complete product from construction. Also, included in the scope of work for this project was emergency response.
