This $100 million CEI project consists of widening SR 417 from four general use lanes to six general use lanes and two part-time shoulder running lanes. All mainline bridges within the project limits will be widened, including: OUC Railroad bridge, Moss Park Road, Dowden Road, over the SR 417 SB to SR 528 EB ramp and over SR 528. The work also includes, replacement of one ramp toll plaza, construction of sound barriers, retaining walls, overhead sign structures and intelligent transportation systems infrastructure and lighting improvements. Project was completed Spring of 2024.
