KCA has been providing Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) services since our first FDOT assignment in 1979, supporting transportation construction programs across Florida and the Southeast United States. Our CEI team includes seasoned engineers, inspectors, and construction specialists who understand the full life cycle of transportation projects and the critical role that field oversight plays in turning design intent into a successful, buildable outcome.

We focus on delivering clear, accurate, and proactive construction oversight. Our staff is trained and certified to monitor roadway, bridge, and public works construction; evaluate contractor performance; ensure compliance with plans and specifications; and maintain thorough documentation throughout all phases of construction. In addition to field inspection, KCA provides constructability reviews, cost estimate reviews, and value-focused recommendations that help owners identify risks early and keep projects moving efficiently.
