The Project Manager at Kisinger Campo & Associates (KCA) manages smaller, less complex, multi-disciplined projects and may share managerial responsibilities with a Senior Project Manager. This role requires advanced technical knowledge, organizational skills, and sound professional judgment to ensure project success. Supervision is primarily administrative, with assignments defined by specific objectives. This position is responsible for managing client budgets, schedules, and communications while coordinating the work of multiple disciplines to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master’s Degree preferred.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- Minimum of 10 years of post-registration engineering experience.
- Strong project management skills for small to mid-level projects.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of discipline deliverables, quality control processes, and project coordination.
Responsibilities
- Actively manage client budgets, schedules, and programs, ensuring projects stay on track.
- Coordinate with individual disciplines to ensure project scope is followed and address any out-of-scope items with the client or appropriate discipline.
- Develop, monitor, and maintain KCA project budgets and schedules.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all project communications and documentation with the client.
- Support and lead proposal efforts, oral presentations, and marketing initiatives.
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities, developing letters of interest, and pursuing new markets and clients.
- Ensure client requirements are met and deliverables align with expectations.
- Coordinate work efforts across disciplines and review completed work for quality and compliance.
- Maintain knowledge of all discipline deliverables on assigned projects.
- Ensure proper quality control documentation for all disciplines prior to project submittals.
- Presence at the designated office or job site is necessary to fulfill the requirements of this position.
