Quang Le, PE, recently joined KCA as a Senior Roadway Engineer, bringing 21 years of experience in the design and management of major and minor roadway projects. We’re also excited to welcome Sullie LeFrancois, PE, who joined us as a Senior Structures Engineer with 30 years of experience across a wide range of bridge projects.
