The Paperwork Burden Reduction Act essentially codifies the alternative manner of furnishing form 1095s. Accordingly, reporting entities are no longer required to automatically send 1095-C tax forms showing proof of minimum essential coverage to covered individuals unless a form is requested by the employee.
1095 Statement requests must be made to Human Resources, humanresources@kcaeng.com and a form will be returned within 30 days after the date of the request.
